With extensive experience as a Communications Director in publicly traded companies, Emmanuel Guinot brings deep strategic insight and a clear understanding of the challenges brands face today. His mission will be to drive the agency’s growth, activate new levers to reinvent corporate storytelling, and closely support executives in strengthening their influence.

With over fifteen years of experience in the Communication and Marketing sectors, Emmanuel Guinot most recently served as Vice President of Communications at the Nexans Group. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he began his career as a Marketing Consultant in the media industry.

Dusens Group, an international communication consultancy founded in 1989 in Nice, and the Condé campus in Nice—one of the leading private higher education institutions for design, visual arts, crafts, and heritage—are launching their partnership with the exhibition “Rethinking the Work Experience and Workspace” at Dusens Group. The exhibition opens today and runs through October 18, 2024.

An exhibition aligned with today’s workplace challenges

One of the key reasons for employee dissatisfaction is poorly designed workspaces. In France, a quarter of employees feel their offices are not suited to their needs, and 94% consider wellness and ergonomic features to be important. Responding to this reality and a desire to anticipate social changes—including evolving employee expectations and intergenerational dynamics at work—Dusens Group asked Condé’s young talents to explore the role and design of the office.

This eight-month collaboration has led to an exhibition featuring the work of 10 students, selected from among 30 third-year Spatial Design students for the creativity, boldness, and relevance of their proposals.

A school-business synergy focused on student employability

This exhibition embodies the shared goals of Dusens Group and Condé: supporting innovative educational projects and fostering intergenerational collective intelligence. It shines a spotlight on students’ work and offers them access to professionals (architects, decorators, etc.) to open doors for future collaboration.

Our collaboration with Condé’s Nice campus is a key moment in our school partnership strategy. This exhibition highlights our commitment to students in the Alpes-Maritimes region. We’re turning our headquarters into a showcase of their work and a hub for networking with our professional community to support their employability. It also provides a space for reflection with our teams on the purpose of the office—what we seek there, what we bring, and what we experience together. This initiative perfectly reflects what drives us at Dusens Group: making our agency a vibrant space rooted in its community and open to all cultures, knowledge, and innovations.

UN Femmes x Dusens Group (ex tequilarapido) compaign

With just days to go before the opening of the Summer Paralympic Games, UN Women France continues to roll out its awareness campaign “Étincelles” (“Sparks”), designed pro bono by Dusens Group.

An engaging campaign created by Dusens Group to promote sport as a powerful driver of women’s empowerment, championed by top-level French athletes. An initiative to make women’s sports shine through commitment and engagement.

At puberty, nearly one in two girls drops out of sports (source: UN Women). Based on this observation, Dusens Group designed and produced the “Étincelles” campaign for UN Women France. The goal is to ignite a “spark” through a positive movement that encourages women to empower themselves and rebuild their confidence through sport.

Through this 360° campaign, combining outdoor advertising, social media, and in-person events, UN Women France and Dusens Group aim to make women’s sport shine and promote a more equal society.

A pro bono project by Dusens Group

This pro bono campaign stands out thanks to the agency’s skills sponsorship and its desire to involve employees who are eager to commit to this cause. Women’s empowerment and inclusion is a natural priority for Dusens Group, whose workforce is over 60% female.

This campaign also highlights the strong synergy between Dusens Group — an independent communication consulting firm — and an organization like UN Women France, which works for gender equality and the empowerment of women.

Through this project, the association aims to raise funds to support the field programs run by UN Women in over 100 countries. The objective is to continue promoting education and public awareness, using sport as a lever for empowerment for women and girls.

Gruppo Iera, a family-owned business renowned for its expertise in Italian dining (IT Italian Trattoria and Strada), has chosen the communication agency tequilarapido to launch its new concept in Nice: Mediterraneo, opening to the public on Monday, July 17.

The Mediterranean art of living is setting up in the heart of the Libération district, inside the historic Gare du Sud, an iconic landmark of the city. This new venue has a special ambition: offering far more than just a culinary experience with concerts, exhibitions, family activities, cooking and dance classes, and more.

A first campaign to share and savor the Mediterranean !

A sunny, friendly, vibrant, diverse, and characterful campaign… just like the Mediterranean itself! To embody the personality of this new venue, the agency playfully twists traditional proverbial language to highlight the unique blend of modernity and authenticity that defines Mediterraneo. This diversity is also reflected in the visuals and typographic choices, which evoke the golden age of the French Riviera. This is the first campaign for Mediterraneo, with the ambition to expand the concept beyond Nice.

To bring our new concept Mediterraneo to life, we needed to express the richness and diversity of Mediterranean culture. Tequilarapido delivered exactly that, supporting us as a 360° agency and infusing Mediterraneo with sunshine, conviviality, and character through its creative concept. A true Mediterranean campaign!

In order to continue boosting awareness of the Mobilize brand — presented as the future of Groupe Renault — and to embody its “Playful Activist” personality, Dusens Group (formerly tequilarapido) designed a bold guerrilla marketing campaign, deployed around the VivaTech trade show.

Today’s mobility challenges demand useful innovation. Yet many trade shows still showcase concepts and gadgets that will never come to life. Building on this insight, Dusens Group positioned Mobilize as the brand whose technological innovations serve practical mobility and energy solutions.

A committed and engaging message, true to the Mobilize brand personality, was conceived and rolled out by Dusens Group through a campaign based on billboards:
