In a sector that is losing its appeal, and against the backdrop of the energy transition, we had to come up with an original way of promoting the nuclear professions, while at the same time embodying the Group’s values.

Our approach
To strengthen Orano’s employer brand, we came up with a unique and immersive HR experience. The concept: a fun, collaborative digital journey, designed hand-in-hand with the Group’s teams, to help people discover the wealth of jobs in the nuclear industry in a different way. It’s an innovative way of making recruitment more attractive and spreading the Orano spirit.
